GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY & TIME TAKEN :

The order delivery time is within 10-12 days from the date of purchase.
For any order all over India, we offer FREE SHIPPING.
Our reputed courier partners include BlueDart, Trackon & others. They ensure timely delivery of your products.
Within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s), we notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email. For making the process hassle-free, the email will have the courier’s tracking number and the link for tracking.
For the orders shipped, it will take about 24 hours for the tracking numbers to become active on the website.
Before signing the receipt, please ensure that the package is not damaged or tampered.
Order cannot be cancelled ones it is shipped.

International shipping

We deliver worldwide.
The shipping charges will vary according to the product weight as well as the post/ zip code of the recepient.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, as most of the countries follow a 5-day work culture and courier partners would not be accessible on those days. Deliveries will be made in the normal working hours of courier companies and it varies from country to country.
International delivery of your parcel can take upto 15 to 18 days.
For all international shipping, that is shipping outside India, the government of that country may levy taxes or import duties on the parcel sent as per their local laws.

What if any Delays

Time to ship the product(s) mentioned on our website is indicative and is based on data provided by Courier Companies. We always endeavour to deliver products within the mentioned time frame but only sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
